Welcome to FinTrackrr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our personal finance management platform. By accessing or using FinTrackrr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FinTrackrr, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
You will use the service in compliance with applicable laws

2. Description of Service

FinTrackrr is a personal finance management platform that allows you to:

Track expenses, income, and subscriptions
Create and manage budgets
Set and track savings goals
Use AI-powered financial insights (with consent)
Generate reports and analytics

FinTrackrr is NOT a bank, financial institution, or investment advisor.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

Share your account with others
Use the service for illegal purposes
Attempt to access other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer or extract source code

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Basic features with limited AI points (50/month).

Plus Plan: Enhanced features with 5,000 AI points/month.

Premium Plan: All features with 5,000 AI points/month.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe or make a purchase, you are entering into a contract with Paddle for payment processing. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT compliance, and refunds on our behalf. Charges will appear on your statement as "PADDLE.COM".

Billing & Cancellation Policy:

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually)
14-Day Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
Example: If you subscribe on June 1st, you may request a refund through June 14th. If you cancel on June 5th and do not request a refund, you will retain full access until July 1st.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
AI Points packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable
Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

5. AI Services

Our AI features require your explicit consent. By using AI features, you understand:

AI responses are generated based on the data you provide
AI is not a substitute for professional financial advice
AI points are consumed per interaction
We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated insights

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

FinTrackrr is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on our service
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of FinTrackrr is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data
You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
You can export or delete your data at any time

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time through Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FinTrackrr operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
